Renovation of CD 100 japan make..

I have modified my bike completely only the fuel tank, engine, side panels are kept from old.



While painting and denting of my CD 100--

New mudguard for CD 100 which is of  Hero Honda Splendor

    Swapnil Patil, i am varun from bangalore i also own a CD 100 make of 1987, I planned to alter it. May i know how much it cost you for the modification.

      Hello Varun,

      It costs around 35,000 only to change each and every part of Bike..I have kept only Engine,Fuel Tank and Side Panels as earlier else all other things are brand new.
      You can send me picture of your bike and i will suggest you about the alteration.

      Hello Krishna,

      I have used a customised headlight, it is not of any bike.

      You can use Suzuki Max 100 Headlight if you want it in Round Shape.

    Hey Swapnil u r really kind a genius..
    Even i have cd 100 of 1998 everything is fine but i want to modify it so that i can take it to college. Budget is 10000 for modification. Headlight and speedometer and tail light i want same as ur bike. Colour i like military green instead of white and black for spokes. So plz suggest me from where can i find these.

    Mself name is Shabbir Sahiwala

    I own a CD 100 ss OF 1998 MODEL. in Mumbai

    I do not find a Original Petrol Tank from Company and ultimately brought from Local Vendor with poor Quality. Local Brand : Algee Rs. 1300

    Every two years my bike starting giving me headache of the routine problem with Carburetor dust particles and giving black smoke from silencer.

    My Petrol Tank dismiss the Petrol into Other substances.

    Under layout of the Petrol Tank dissolve the Petrol.

    Kindly advice.?

    Where and how to buy the Petrol Tank with Good Quality?
